1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions have the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KFC4" or "Platform" – refers to the website, mobile app, and all online services operated under the kfc4.onl domain.
• "User" or "Member" – refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at kfc4.
• "Account Balance" – the actual cash amount available in a user's account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.

2Account Eligibility

Use of the kfc4 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering in a personal capacity as an individual, and not as a representative of any company or organisation.
• Is not currently subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gaming activities.
• Has never had an account previously closed or suspended at kfc4 due to a terms violation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active at kfc4. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3Registration & KYC Verification

6Game Rules

• kfc4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• kfc4 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or force majeure events.
• kfc4's maximum liability to any player is limited to the actual amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Closure & Termination

You may close your kfc4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all active balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance after closure may not be recoverable.

Kfc4 reserves the right to suspend or close an account unilaterally without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering activity.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Use of automation software, bots, or unauthorised methods to play.
• False or incomplete registration information after being requested to update it.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, kfc4 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including winnings associated with activities that breach these terms.

12Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Kfc4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

• Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest version of the applicable terms.
• Continued use of the kfc4 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes the user's acceptance of those amendments.
• In the event of any discrepancy between another language version and this Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
